1. How do I activate my QR sticker?
Scan the QR after purchase, fill in your name, vehicle number, and verify with OTP. No RC upload needed currently.
2. What happens when someone scans the QR?
They pick a reason (e.g. blocking, alarm, emergency) and can call or message you via masked routes—your number stays private.
3. Can I remove or reuse the sticker?
No. The sticker is single-use and permanent once applied to ensure integrity and privacy.
4. What if the sticker is damaged?
We replace only if damaged in delivery or within 7 days under warranty. Customer-caused damage is non-refundable.

5. Who verifies the listings?
Our team or agents manually verify details via call. Inspection is optional and may be launched as premium.
6. Where are listings visible?
Listings appear on our website and app (behind login). Agents can share public links for promotion.
7. Do you handle payment for used cars?
Not yet. We currently facilitate connections only. Escrow and payment features are planned in future phases.
Towing & Porter Services
8. Who provides the towing service?
We partner with third-party tow truck providers—no in-house fleet. Tow requests go live to partners via the app.
9. How is towing priced?
Pricing is distance-based, with base fee + per km rate, set by the partner and approved by us.
10. Are customers given priority?
Registered QR users receive priority scheduling. Public users enter the queue and wait for assignment.
Agents & Influencers
11. What benefits do Partner Agents get?
They can buy and sell QR kits, earn 20% commission, request payments on a 7/15/30-day cycle, and access a dashboard to manage clients.
12. How does Influencer onboarding work?
Influencers submit social handles, wait for approval, and then receive shareable links and QR purchase options to earn commissions.
13. Can agents change payout cycles?
No. Once selected (7/15/30 days), the cycle is fixed for 12 months. Membership is non-refundable and non-upgradable.
