At Vehiscope, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for products or services purchased through our platform.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only eligible in cases where:
The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
The customer receives a defective or incorrect item.
A technical error caused a duplicate or failed payment.

Timeframe to Request Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Incorrect information provided by the user at the time of purchase.
- Delay caused due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery address.
